Pulse
Continuous monitoring of changes and opportunities on your site
For teams running a live site who need to know what changes, what improves and what breaks without checking the dashboard every Monday. Validio watches for you.
What it does
- Automatic re-analysis at the cadence you pick (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
- Validio score refreshed on every cycle with history so you see the trend.
- Technical regression detection (Core Web Vitals, indexability, errors) prioritised by impact.
- Opportunity detection (new keywords with potential, outdated content) surfacing between cycles.
- Optional GSC / GA4 integration — when connected, Pulse cross-references your real data on every snapshot.
- Alerts via email + Telegram when the delta between cycles crosses your configured threshold.
How to use it
- 1
Subscribe a URL
You set the URL to monitor and the cadence. Connect GSC/GA4 if you want snapshots enriched with your real traffic data.
- 2
Validio measures every cycle
The scheduler runs the analysis at the chosen cadence, computes the delta vs. the previous snapshot and persists everything in Pulse's history.
- 3
You pick what to address
When something meaningful changes (positive or negative), you get a prioritised alert. If everything is stable, we don't bug you.
Real use cases
Owner who handed the site to an agency
An owner handed the site over to an agency and wants to make sure it doesn't quietly degrade. Weekly Pulse confirms a stable score and pings the day an unreviewed refactor tanks a Core Web Vital.
In-house marketing after a relaunch
After a redesign, the marketing team enables monthly Pulse for 6 months to verify UX decisions impact SEO as expected, not the other way around. Each snapshot ships the numeric delta.
Agency with an SEO maintenance SLA
An agency bundles Pulse into its monthly SLA. Each cycle delivers a snapshot with score, delta, regressions and opportunities — no need to run ad-hoc analyses per client.
Frequently asked questions
- How many URLs can I monitor?
- Pro allows 3 concurrent Pulse subscriptions. Agency allows 15. Each subscription counts once a month in credits even if you run it weekly — the engine optimises cost.
- What happens if my site is down when Pulse tries to analyse?
- Pulse retries automatically with backoff. If the site is still down after 3 retries, it logs the event and notifies it as a critical uptime alert — not as a failed analysis.
- Can I pause Pulse temporarily?
- Yes, from the dashboard you can pause a Pulse subscription for as long as you need (holidays, migration in progress) and resume it without losing history.
- Does Pulse spend credits per analysis?
- Each active Pulse subscription costs a flat reduced monthly fee, independent of cadence. The pricing logic lives at /pricing — it's cheaper than running ad-hoc analyses every week.
