2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address and password (stored as a hash).
- Usage data: analyzed URLs, analysis history, consumed credits, plan type.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. VALIDIO does not store card data — only the Stripe customer ID.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and session cookies required for the service.

4. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection and restriction: object to processing or request its restriction in certain circumstances.

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account with VALIDIO. Once you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, except for data we must retain by legal obligation (up to 5 years for billing data, in accordance with Spanish tax regulations).
6. International Transfers
Some of our providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Railway) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In all cases, these transfers are carried out with the appropriate guarantees required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
