1. Service Description

VALIDIO is an AI-powered digital analysis platform, developed and operated by SEO-Invoke. It offers web audit tools, AEO/GEO optimization, market intelligence and Kit Digital diagnostics, among others. The analyses generated are produced automatically by AI agents and are advisory in nature.

2. Terms of Use

By using VALIDIO you agree that:

  • You are over 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
  • The account is personal and non-transferable — you cannot assign or share it.
  • You may only analyze websites and businesses you are authorized to analyze (your own or clients').
  • The use of the service for illegal activities, spam, mass scraping or any purpose contrary to applicable law is prohibited.
  • VALIDIO may suspend accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.

3. Credits and Subscription System

  • Credits are consumed when running analyses. The cost per analysis is shown on the platform before confirmation.
  • Monthly credits included in the plan do not carry over between billing periods.
  • Credits purchased separately (outside the plan) are valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • Payments made are non-refundable, except for technical errors attributable to VALIDIO.

4. Limitation of Liability

The reports and analyses generated by VALIDIO are produced by AI models and are informational and advisory in nature. VALIDIO does not guarantee:

  • Specific positioning in search engines as a result of applying the recommendations.
  • The absolute accuracy of the competitive or market data analyzed.
  • Specific economic results derived from the use of the reports.

In no case shall SEO-Invoke's liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, brand, design and analysis models of VALIDIO are the exclusive property of SEO-Invoke. Reports generated from user data are the property of the user. Reproduction or distribution of the platform without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Service Modifications

SEO-Invoke reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any functionality of VALIDIO with reasonable prior notice. Substantial modifications to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
